Apartment Care is a simple apartment management app. It offers you many feature for apartment owners and for apartment management team.
Using this app, apartment owners and resident can get update of each and everything about the apartment. This app also provide transparency related to your finance with apartment.

You can easily update each and every member of apartment using this feature. Use create a notice using this feature and publish it on this app about the coming event, decision from management team etc.
You can also attach document and image in notice. which can be easily accessible all over the apartment member.
Forum/Discussion forum
You can easily create an open discussion forum for apartment owners and residents. Any apartment residents can initiate any discussion and other can give their views on the same topic. Which help to make conclusive decision on any topic.
Complaints
Apartment residents can create a complaint (Personal / Community) on this app. Apartment management team can take up complaint according to their priorities and resolve for residents as soon as possible.
